Unit and Door Color Painting Specifications

Before any painting should commence please contact APT. No paint other than specified here can be used. Unit Owners may purchase the specified paint at their own expense to touch-up areas where peeling due to water damage has occurred, particularly around windowsills. Large areas of the body of the building or places where a ladder must be used must be taken care of by the Trust and should not be attempted by the Owner.

Paint Name:	Duration, Acrylic satin finish, Color code: C-165

Paint for Combination Storm / Screen Doors

No paint other than specified here can be used. All expenses associated with the painting of combination Storm and Screen or Screen Doors are the Unit Owners responsibility.

Dark Gray Buildings:	Storm/Screen Doors must be painted with Super Paint Color Code: 6468 - Glidden Cavalier Red
Light Gray Buildings:	Storm/Screen Doors must be painted with Super Paint Color Code: 6462 - Glidden Zanzibar Red
