COMMUNICATIONS IN QUAIL RUN

A new feature on this website is the Calendar we have added to the Calendar, News & Notices page. We will list board meetings and community events here, but we encourage anyone who has an interesting event to share with your neighbors to add to this, too. It could be events coming in Woburn or nearby towns, your church's spaghetti supper open to the public, or your own open house to celebrate Aunt Tillie's 100th birthday. Use our Calendar Form, fill out the information, and Submit it. You will soon see it added to the Calendar..

If you want to get in touch with your neighbors, we maintain a directory of residents listing both email and residential addresses. It is accessed with a password, and only residents who volunteer to be listed are given the password. It is not available to anyone outside Quail Run.

If you want to report problems or discuss management issues, please contact the American Properties Team (APT), not the Board of Trustees. See the Contacts page for email addresses or phone numbers.

You may also submit a Maintenance Request Form electronically to APT.
