If you want to get in touch with your neighbors, we maintain a directory of residents listing both email and residential addresses. It is accessed with a password, and only residents who volunteer to be listed are given the password. It is not available to anyone outside Quail Run. If you want to report problems or discuss management issues, please contact the American Properties Team (APT), not the Board of Trustees. See the Contacts page for email addresses or phone numbers. You may also submit a Maintenance Request Form electronically to APT. The success of a community like this depends on the participation of its members.
