Annual Meeting and Elections. The Annual Owners Meeting was held 19 November at 7pm in Building 800, Suite 4750 in West Cummings Park off Washington Street, Woburn. We had an excellent turnout with over half the households present!

A Guide to this Web Site

This web site is for owners and prospective owners of townhouses in the Quail Run Condominiums complex. This beautiful residential area is located in Woburn near the Lexington line. It is partly surrounded and protected by conservation lands that preserve the tranquility of the area despite its proximity to Boston, major highways, businesses and shopping.

The Main Menu. The links in the green column on the left appear on each page of this web site to help you navigate through its features. The following lists what you can find in each menu selection.

• CALENDAR, NEWS AND NOTICES. Calendar of current and future events and news of interest to our community.
• NEWSLETTERS. All issues of the quarterly newsletter The Quail Runner. are linked here and searchable. There is a submission form for you to send in items of interest for the next issue.
• CONTACTS. Important contacts, including APT, numbers for police, fire, City Hall, and utility companies. Maintenance contacts. How to communicate with the Board of Trustees and other residents.
• ONLINE FORMS. Forms that residents can use to submit maintenance requests, newsletter submissions, items for the calendar, update the member directory, request passwords, volunteer, and run for the board.
• USEFUL LINKS. links to useful information on City and Government, local services, organizations, activities, transportation and vacation planning.
• OWNERS HANDBOOK. The complete Owners Handbook that is handed to each new owner.

• BOARD MINUTES. Board of Trustees monthly Meeting Minutes. Password protected for residents only. Minutes are posted through the September Board Meeting.
• SEARCH THE SITE. The whole site except for password protected sections is indexed and searchable, thanks to Google.
